Types

Aerobic exercise can be classified into three major types: indoor, outdoor and both. Simple actions like stair climbing, elliptical training, indoor rowing, stairmaster, jogging, treadmill and such come under indoor aerobics while walking, running, cycling, health skating, skiing and rowing come under outdoor aerobics.
